About this Apprenticeship
The Daimler Buses Service Center Dortmund is responsible for the repair, servicing and maintenance of Setra and Mercedes-Benz buses. The team of 80 employees is looking for reinforcement in body maintenance. There is a family atmosphere with regular working hours.
What You'll Learn
- Accident repair work on commercial vehicles
- Fitting vehicle parts, welding work and exterior/interior repair
- You carry out customer-specific conversion work and retrofits
- You use IT systems for processing, documentation and information
- You handle tasks according to currently valid process descriptions (e.g. workshop processes, GuK processing, etc.)
Requirements
- A completed technical vocational training as a motor vehicle body and vehicle construction mechanic (m/f/d) or comparable training
- Professional experience with commercial vehicles desirable
- An independent and customer-oriented way of working
- Passion for technology and enjoyment of teamwork
- A high level of commitment
