Internship in order management at Daimler Buses in Mannheim. The team steers and develops the order processing in the Daimler Buses Low-Floor production network. Fixed term of 6 months.

• You take on the methodical optimization of processes (also across sites)
• You support the team in cross-department committees, for example technical coordination
• You are responsible for clarifying and documenting production-specific topics with the relevant departments and tracking measures
• You support the build description area regarding order distribution
• You enrich internal department communication on a professional level, also regarding the intranet presence
• You gain insight into handling special customer requests and the production processes of Daimler Buses GmbH
• You get the chance to job-shadow at process partners

• You are studying industrial engineering, business administration, information and communication technology or a comparable field
• You have experience with conceptual work and process optimization
• You have knowledge of the M365 environment and ideally also SAP
• You have good English skills
• You structure your thoughts clearly and logically and present complex content concisely in writing and visually
• You enjoy communicating in speech and writing, adapted to the audience and situation
