About this Apprenticeship
Varied, practice-oriented HR internship at Daimler Truck at the Wörth plant, starting from January 2027 (or later) in HR management – executive advisory. You get to know operational HR work and also work on concepts.
What You'll Learn
- Organizing and taking part in talks on integrating employees and improving attendance
- Helping implement disciplinary measures and current labor law topics
- Handling the procurement process for temporary workers
- Helping design, organize and carry out HR projects (for example setting up a new plant)
- Helping with daily operational business
- Contact person for incoming requests from managers and employees
- Preparing presentations
Requirements
- Degree program in business administration with a focus on HR management, law/business law or a comparable degree program
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Very good command of MS Office
- You show initiative and a structured way of working, are a team player and approach new people openly
