What awaits you with us: In our specialized department in the benefits area, you will be intensively prepared for your profession over three years – with an exciting mix of theory and practice. Your tasks and learning content: You become an expert for our diverse benefits law – from A for acupuncture to Z for co-payment. You examine benefit applications, analyze individual cases and support insured persons with well-founded advice. You gain insights into the cost structures of hospitals, rehabilitation and spa facilities. You support people who have to cope with health limitations – empathetically and solution-oriented. You gain practical experience, among other things, through an internship with one of our cooperation partners. In short: You become the competent contact person for our insured persons in the benefits area when it really matters.

Good intermediate school leaving certificate, (technical) university entrance qualification, completed vocational training or initial study experience. Empathy, team spirit and a good feel for people. Interest in medical, benefit law and commercial topics. Good expressive skills and communication strength. Personal responsibility and desire to actively shape things. Very good German skills (at least C1).
