Depending on your interest and talent, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area: In the classic SoFa area, you competently support insured persons in all life situations – e.g., questions about long-term care insurance, individual health services, or contribution calculation. In the sales focus, you are additionally on the road in field service, win new insured persons, and represent DAK-Gesundheit at events, in schools, or companies. Technical or general university entrance qualification (Fachabitur/Abitur), a completed vocational training, or initial study experience; Enthusiasm for the healthcare sector and commercial topics; An open, sympathetic manner and team spirit; Enjoyment of dealing with people and interest in legal fundamentals; Motivation to take responsibility and explore new paths – whether in the office or in field service
