During your three-year apprenticeship as a social insurance specialist (short: SoFa) you will get to know the healthcare system from the ground up. Whether in consulting or sales – you will be optimally prepared for your career entry. Depending on your interest and talent, the apprenticeship is deepened in a focus area:
• In the classic SoFa area you support insured persons competently in all situations – e.g. with questions about long-term care insurance, individual health services or contribution calculation.
• In the sales focus you are additionally on the road in the field, acquire new insured persons and represent DAK-Gesundheit e.g. at events, in schools or companies.

A varied mix of theory and practice in our service centers, specialist centers or in the sales team. Insights into social law, the insurance industry and modern communication. A team that supports you and promotes you individually. Exciting tasks in the area of customer consulting and acquisition. Lots of personal responsibility and the chance to actively help people.

(Technical) high school diploma (Abitur), a completed vocational training or initial study experience. Enthusiasm for the healthcare sector and commercial topics. An open, sympathetic manner and team spirit. Enjoyment of dealing with people and interest in legal basics. Motivation to take responsibility and explore new paths – whether in the office or in the field.
