We are looking for trainees as Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) - Food Technology for our headquarters in Hamburg starting 09 August 2027. Duration: 2 years. Vocational school: Block instruction at Walther-Lehmkuhl-Schule Neumünster.

Insight into all relevant operational processes and cross-departmental interrelationships of the company. Direct linking of theoretical knowledge with operational practice. You will gain insights into the following activities: Commissioning of machines and systems. Setup, maintenance and servicing of machines. Operating and monitoring various machines and systems. Quality control of products during ongoing production. Planning and processing of production orders.

Intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlerer Schulabschluss) or good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss). Interest in technical processes. Initiative, commitment and teamwork. Reliable and responsible work ethic. Openness in dealing with other people and willingness to ask questions, challenge existing processes and learn new things.
