About this Apprenticeship
J. J. Darboven Group is looking, as soon as possible, for a trainer (m/f/d) for technical occupations in Hamburg to train apprentices as mechatronics technicians and machine and plant operators. Full-time, with work experience.
What You'll Learn
- Technical and practical training and support of apprentices in the occupations of mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
- Planning, organizing and carrying out training content according to the training framework plan
- Teaching technical, safety-related and production-related content
- Carrying out technical training for employees and creating and continuously developing training materials and technical documentation
- Accompanying and supporting the professional and personal development of apprentices through regular feedback and development talks
- Main contact for vocational schools, examination boards, IHK and other training-related partners
- Support in preparing for intermediate and final exams and carrying out learning progress checks
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, maintenance and other departments to design practical training
- Contributing to the further development of training concepts, learning content and training standards
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or comparable technical qualification with trainer aptitude
- Successfully completed further training as a master craftsperson (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification, plus trainer aptitude under AEVO
- Several years of work experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the food industry, is an advantage
- First experience in training and instructing apprentices
- Enjoy guiding and developing young people
- High sense of responsibility, organizational skills and assertiveness
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working and the ability to explain complex technical content clearly
- Confident use of MS Office applications and digital learning media
