• Insight into all relevant operational processes and cross-departmental interrelationships of the company
• Direct linking of theoretical knowledge with operational practice
• Extensive insights into diverse commercial processes
• Practical assignments in the areas of materials purchasing, accounting, logistics, marketing, customer service, human resources and trade
• Support from experienced training officers throughout the entire apprenticeship
• Participation in exciting projects with the opportunity to contribute own ideas

• Good secondary school diploma or general (subject-specific) higher education entrance qualification
• Interest in commercial topics and varied areas of responsibility
• Sound knowledge of mathematics basics and good numerical understanding
• Initiative, commitment and teamwork skills
• Independent, structured way of working and a strong customer orientation
• Openness in dealing with other people and the willingness to ask questions, challenge existing processes and learn new things
