With the reopening of our Specialty Coffee Flagship Store in Hamburg's HafenCity, we combine this tradition with a modern concept of a specialty coffee bar, our own roastery, events, and seminars. We create a place where coffee craftsmanship, hospitality, and community meet. Join us on this journey and support our team immediately as a committed service staff member (m/f/d) Café & Bar in full-time, part-time, as a working student, or on a minijob basis.

Preparation of long drinks, cocktails, signature drinks, and other beverage specialties with attention to detail; Authentic host mentality with a feel for exceptional service experiences; Personal care of our guests in an inviting atmosphere; Active sales of our beverage and enjoyment offerings and confident handling of orders; Ensuring high quality, hygiene, and service standards throughout the guest area; Support at events, community events, and special enjoyment formats

Experience in gastronomy, ideally in a café, bar, or service environment is an advantage; Strong host mentality, passion for quality and unique guest experiences; Independent work style and composure even during busy peak times; Openness to new impulses and interest in continuous development; Flexibility for shift work and assignments on weekends and public holidays between 8:00 and 20:00
