Internship Event Management

The Event Management department of DATEV eG creates unforgettable experiences – from idea to implementation. We offer the complete range of services for successful events: whether customer and PR events or committee events for our employees and members – in person or digital. As an intern, you will actively support our team primarily in the planning, organization, and execution of the Regional Info Days and gain exciting insights into all facets of modern event management. The internship is offered from March 2027 for a duration of 5 months. Subsequent employment as a working student is possible.

• You help with the organizational preparation of the Regional Info Days.
• You coordinate with internal and external participants.
• You create and prepare event documents and presentations.
• You support the team on site during the event and help it run smoothly.
• You help with event follow-up and contribute your own ideas to further develop the format.

• You are studying economics, communication studies, event management or a comparable degree program.
• You discovered your enthusiasm for event management during your studies or already have first experience in this area.
• You bring organizational talent, flexibility and commitment and enjoy accompanying the event series across Germany.
• You have very good written and spoken communication skills in German as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• You are open-minded, show initiative and enjoy working both independently and in a team.
