HR Recruiting Internship

DATEV's recruiting team attracts talent and strengthens the company's position as an appealing employer. You can join as a working student in January or February 2027, followed by a six to seven month internship starting in March or April 2027. You can also start the internship directly in January, February or March 2027.

• You gain insights into the entire recruiting process, from clarifying hiring needs and writing appealing job advertisements to selecting suitable applicants and preparing contracts.
• You independently coordinate and organise job interviews and make sure everything runs smoothly.
• You help advise managers and applicants and learn how to manage professional relationships in HR.
• You actively contribute to varied HR projects and share your ideas for developing and improving our processes.
• You are part of our team: you attend meetings, workshops and other events and handle varied daily tasks, gaining broad practical experience in a dynamic environment.

• You are currently studying Economics, Business Administration or a similar subject, ideally with a focus on Human Resources.
• You are interested in learning about recruiting and ideally have some initial work experience in a business or administrative role.
• You have strong written and spoken communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You learn quickly and work independently and in a structured way.
• You have good MS Office skills and an interest in AI topics. Some experience with the Workday HR system would be welcome.
• You will deepen your understanding of the specific requirements of student recruiting during your work.
