Working Student Information Management

Information Management ensures that service-relevant DATEV information is provided to our members, clients, branches and other recipient groups on time, target-group-oriented and in high quality. In addition, we take on central administrative tasks around information control and thus contribute to efficient and reliable communication. At the same time, we continuously develop our information and service processes and actively shape innovative digital solutions. We look forward to your student support if you are in a Bachelor's or Master's program or are completing a state examination.

• You process service contacts, maintain changes to address and communication data of our clients and take on the creation, modification and deletion of subscriptions for service information.
• You record and manage consents for advertising and survey measures in accordance with the legal requirements of the Act against Unfair Competition (UWG).
• You process and maintain client care agreements and check inquiries about invoice corrections independently and service-oriented.
• You actively contribute to the continuous optimization of processes and service tools.
• You support the introduction and further development of AI-supported solutions in service and contribute to the successful implementation of innovative ways of working.

• You are studying Business Administration or a comparable course of study and want to expand your theoretical knowledge through practical experience.
• You have initial knowledge in the S&V environment and in handling service contacts.
• You have very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel. Ideally you have already gained initial experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• You work independently, reliably and responsibly and are characterized by a structured way of working.
• Service-oriented dealing with customers gives you pleasure, and you convince with a friendly and communicative manner.
