Specialist Platform Engineer MS Dynamics 365 & Azure

As part of Dynamics@DATEV, we are shaping the transformation of central sales, service and performance processes based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. As part of our Integration & DevOps team, you create the technical foundations for stable operation of the Dynamics platform and support the continuous development of the platform and application services in use.

• You actively help shape the technical development of our Azure infrastructure, establish modern deployment standards and drive the automation of operational processes.
• You operate the databases and integration components required for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure their secure and stable use.
• You support development and project teams in delivering new features, releases and configurations and contribute to a smooth rollout.
• You analyze technical faults, initiate suitable corrective measures and document the solutions clearly.

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience.
• You have proven experience in operations, administration, technical support and in analyzing and resolving technical faults in production IT systems.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Azure or comparable cloud platforms and are familiar with building and operating stable, secure and high-performance application landscapes.
• You have knowledge of relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL and ideally experience with web-based interface and integration concepts, for example REST APIs and authentication methods.
• You have experience with monitoring, logging or observability solutions and ideally bring knowledge of IT service management processes according to ITIL 4.
• You ideally have knowledge of service asset and configuration management as well as change management.
