• You support the management assistants with organisational and administrative tasks.
• You help create and prepare presentations and documents.
• You contribute to internal projects and special topics.
• You coordinate and prepare appointments, meetings and events.
• You communicate and coordinate with various internal contacts.

• You are studying economics, business administration, controlling or a comparable programme, want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and have at least two semesters left.
• You get up to speed quickly and independently on new tasks and stand out through a reliable and structured way of working.
• You switch easily between conceptual and operational work and have strong organisational talent.
• You are confident with Microsoft 365 (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and ideally also with Conceptboard.
• Your strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile.
