Your Contribution to WE: You actively help our customers in the field service to realize their wishes through advice on insurance questions, building savings, asset accumulation, and capital investments; You analyze the wishes and needs of the customer and react situationally; You manage your fixed customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka. Our Investment in You: You obtain four qualifications in five years: after two and a half to three years: Completion as Management Assistant for Insurance and Finance (IHK); after about four years: Bachelor Professional (IHK), Trainer Aptitude Certificate (IHK); after about five years: Bachelor of Arts – Online Study Program Banking and Insurance Management (Jade University of Applied Sciences).
