Student Part-Time Assistant Claims Service Center

Generali Deutschland AG is looking for students to strengthen the Claims Service Center department of the Customer Service Directorate in Cologne as a student part-time assistant. You support claims handling and earn money on the side. Apply with a current proof of enrollment.

• You support our motor claims team in processing incoming claim reports and other business cases
• You help with application and contract processing and handle simple claims such as glass damage
• You actively communicate with customers, workshops and other parties involved in claims handling
• You take on administrative and organizational tasks in the daily workflow

• You are studying economics, insurance studies or a comparable degree program
• You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
• You are motivated, like working independently and show initiative
• You are a team player (m/f/d) and stand out through strong reliability and a sense of responsibility
• You are flexible with your time and like to work carefully and precisely
