What You'll Learn
- Working in field sales, you actively help our customers achieve their goals by advising them on insurance, home savings plans, wealth building and investments
- You analyse customers' wishes and needs and respond according to the situation
- You look after an established customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka
- You earn four qualifications in five years: after two and a half to three years, an IHK qualification as an insurance and financial investment specialist; after about four years, a Bachelor Professional qualification (IHK) and a trainer aptitude certificate (IHK); after about five years, a Bachelor of Arts through the online Banking and Insurance Management programme at Jade University of Applied Sciences
