About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is looking for new members for the sales team of its Gelsenkirchen branch, which covers the entire urban district. The work is in field sales. Career changers are prepared through on-the-job training and internal courses for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA), which are taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and home savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of an established customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
