About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is looking for new members for the sales team of its Nürnberg branch, which covers the city area of Nürnberg from Marienvorstadt to Veilhof. Career changers receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared for the exams to become a certified insurance specialist (IHK) and a financial investment specialist (DVA), taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and home savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of a fixed customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree, or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and to inspire people
- Service-minded and trustworthy manner with a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment
