Apprenticeship as Retail Management Specialist (Handelsfachwirt), Bramsche

With Deichmann you can earn three nationally recognised qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Management Specialist (Handelsfachwirt) (m/f/d) and the trainer qualification under AEVO. You learn all commercial basics at a retail training centre, supported by individual e-learning programmes. In the practical phases you get to know retail from the ground up. After passing your exam and performing well, your next step could be training to manage a store.

• In the practical phases in a store near you, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and skilled work.
• You take an active part in daily business and take on responsibility for organisational tasks in a store early on.
• The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail training centres.
• There you learn, among other things, marketing, business administration, staff management, accounting, logistics and sales.
