Digital Marketing Manager

Shape the digital brand world with us! You are passionate about digital marketing, creative content and measurable results? As Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will further develop our digital brand presence, implement your own ideas and actively shape digital customer acquisition.

Digital Marketing Strategy: You further develop our digital marketing strategy and implement concrete measures and campaigns from it. Online Marketing & Campaigns: You plan, control and optimize online marketing campaigns while keeping an eye on budget and results. Website, SEO & SEA: You maintain and further develop our corporate website and implement measures in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine advertising (SEA). Social Media & Content: You develop digital content, plan social media measures and manage our community. Email Marketing: You conceive and control newsletter and email marketing campaigns. Analysis & Optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs, create reports and derive concrete measures for customer journey, conversion rate and campaigns. Brand, Leads & Collaboration: You strengthen our digital brand communication, develop measures for lead generation and work closely with internal departments, agencies and external service providers.

You have completed a degree or apprenticeship in marketing, digital marketing, social media, communications or a comparable field. Important is that you not only know digital marketing theoretically but have already implemented it practically. You bring at least 3–5 years of professional experience in a comparable position. Strategic digital marketing, online campaigns and the development of digital content are not new territory for you. You are familiar with content generation tools and have experience with SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing and media planning. You know which metrics are important and how to derive concrete measures from data. When multiple campaigns, channels and tasks run simultaneously, you keep an overview. You work in a structured way, set priorities and bring projects to completion independently. You enjoy developing new content and formats. You observe digital trends, try new approaches and always think from the perspective of our target groups. You can present your ideas clearly and win over different stakeholders for your topics. You like working with other departments, agencies and service providers and build long-term relationships. You speak and write fluent German and English. You can prepare complex issues understandably and present them confidently.
