Business Development Manager Biotech

Leiber is looking for an entrepreneurial person to develop new international markets, customers, and partnerships in its biotech business. The role combines business development, international B2B sales, and the development of products and sales channels.

Winning new customers, markets, and applications; conducting sales discussions and negotiating contracts; managing customer relationships and building long-term partnerships; developing new sales channels and strategic international partnerships; establishing sales structures, managing the sales pipeline, and planning revenue and forecasts; supporting product management with new applications and market opportunities; coordinating biotech sales activities; representing Leiber at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events.

Completed degree in biotechnology, engineering, or natural sciences, or equivalent knowledge acquired through another route; experience in international B2B sales or business development; proven experience independently winning customers and building business; good technical understanding; knowledge of biotech, chemistry, or food products is an advantage; entrepreneurial, structured, and confident communication style; very good English and willingness to travel.
