About this Apprenticeship

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d), you learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and the company's own training team support you on the way to the exam. Training close to home in one of 1,200 Deichmann stores across Germany.

What You'll Learn

The practical training takes place in a store near you
You quickly independently take on varied tasks in customer advice, goods receiving, merchandise presentation and cash register work
Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from the company's own training team
Individual e-learning programs accompany you on your way to the final exam
