About this Apprenticeship
Together with us, you have the opportunity to obtain three nationally recognized qualifications within three years: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d), and the trainer aptitude qualification under AEVO. During the practical phases, you will learn retail from the ground up and demonstrate your customer service and organizational skills. After passing the exams with good results, you may begin training to manage a store.
What You'll Learn
- During the practical phases in a nearby store, we prepare you for service-oriented selling and professional work.
- You actively participate in daily business and take on responsibility for organizational tasks in a store early on.
- The theoretical training takes place in blocks in cooperation with retail training centers.
- Topics include marketing, business administration, employee management, accounting, logistics, and sales.

- You have an open, friendly personality and a soft spot for shoes 😉.
- You are passionate about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are career-oriented and want to progress quickly.
- You are interested in business administration.
- You have at least a university of applied sciences entrance qualification.
