During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail management assistant (m/f/d), you will learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and in vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and our own training team support you on your way to the retail management assistant exam. During your apprenticeship, you will receive an attractive apprenticeship remuneration and additional bonuses.

The practical training takes place in a store near you. You quickly take on diverse tasks independently in customer consulting, goods receipt, product presentation, and cashier activities. Accompanying vocational school lessons, you regularly receive training from our own training team. Individual e-learning programs accompany you on your way to the final exam.

Own training team that trains you in groups with other Deichmann apprentices on product knowledge and sales topics. Fixed contact persons through a trainer and a personal apprentice mentor in your branch, ensuring close support during the apprenticeship. Opportunity to complete a 4-week stay abroad at a Deichmann branch abroad during the apprenticeship with very good performance.
