About this Apprenticeship
During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail merchant (m/f/d), you learn everything about merchandise management and customer service in the store and in vocational school. Individual e-learning modules and the company's own training team support you on your way to the exam. You receive an attractive training allowance and additional bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on a wide range of tasks independently, such as customer advice, receiving goods, product presentation and cashier work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programmes support you on your way to the final exam.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You enjoy being physically active.
- You are ambitious and like to show commitment.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You are interested in commercial processes.
- You have at least a Realschule leaving certificate.
