About this Apprenticeship
During your 2-year retail apprenticeship, Deichmann trains you to be the perfect point of contact for customers. A personal apprentice mentor supports you. You receive an attractive training allowance and additional bonuses. The training takes place in one of the Deichmann stores.
What You'll Learn
- The practical training takes place in a store near you.
- You quickly take on varied tasks independently in customer advice, goods receiving, product display and cash register work.
- Alongside vocational school, you regularly receive training from our own training team.
- Individual e-learning programs support you on your way to the final exam.
- You have very good future prospects: possible continuation to Retail Merchant (m/f/d) and further career opportunities.
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality with a weakness for shoes.
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends.
- You like being physically active.
- You have team spirit and are reliable.
- You have at least a lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
