About this Apprenticeship
During your three-year apprenticeship at Deichmann in Lingen, you learn about inventory management and customer service in the store and at vocational school. Individual online learning modules and a dedicated training team support you through to your final exam. You receive training pay and additional bonuses.
What You'll Learn
- Complete your practical training in a store near you
- Quickly take on independent tasks in customer advice, receiving goods, product displays and operating the till
- Receive regular training from the company's own training team alongside vocational school lessons
- Use individual online learning programmes to prepare for your final exam
Requirements
- An open, friendly personality and a love of shoes
- Enthusiasm for fashion and an interest in current trends
- Enjoyment of being physically active
- Ambition and a willingness to put in effort
- Team spirit and reliability
- An interest in business processes
- At least an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate
