Working Student in the Project Management Office

The Project Management Office is seeking bachelor's or master's students in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems or Industrial Engineering for 10 to 20 hours per week. This is an on-site role at the company's Lingen location.

• Help create, improve and automate project and management reports.
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to automate reporting, analysis and documentation processes and make them more efficient.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, for example for project status, key performance indicators and budget tracking.
• Analyse and prepare project and financial data from different sources.
• Help define and implement PMO reporting standards and key performance indicators.
• Help improve data quality and consistency.

• Ability to work in a team, an analytical approach and independent working skills.
• An ongoing degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with AI tools, such as Copilot and automation, as well as Power BI, Excel and other business intelligence tools.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting and project management.
• Understanding of and interest in data structures, data modelling and data quality.
• A structured and analytical way of thinking.
• A strong interest in data and digital tools.
