Machining Mechanic as Turner

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Machining Mechanic as Turner (f/m/d)

You set up and operate conventional lathes (Weiler) according to drawings; You independently check technical specifications with the corresponding measuring instruments and drawings; You design and improve the machining process with regard to production and cost optimization; You are a team player and like to support your colleagues at other machines, e.g. drilling machines.; As a material acrobat, you machine a wide variety of demanding materials such as stainless steels, duplex steels, titanium, etc.

You have completed training as a Turner/Machining Mechanic (Turning Technology); You already have several years of experience in setting up and operating conventional lathes and are also familiar with other machining machines; You handle face plate, steady rest and tailstock confidently; Materials, technical drawings and measuring instruments: nobody can fool you here; Whether independently or in a team: you work in the day shift system
