Service Specialist for the Service Line Robotics

We are looking for you as a Service Specialist (f/m/d) for the Service Line Robotics. The Service Specialist has a deep understanding of the specific tasks within the Service Line Robotics. They continuously and proactively build knowledge and promote knowledge transfer between all relevant stakeholders, including R&D, Analytics and Regional Integrity Services. Within the assigned area of responsibility in the portfolio, the Service Specialist acts as a technical expert. In addition, they serve as the point of contact for technical support requests and provide sound technical assistance.

Responsibility for the assigned area within the portfolio in all relevant aspects. Coordination and support of assigned activities along the service line lifecycle and support strategy. Continuous improvement of all aspects of the end-to-end process within the assigned service responsibility area. Traceability and transparency of all service performance documentation for the assigned service responsibility area. Benchmarking of the service against internal and external reference values. Clarification, support and requirements definition for R&D-related queries in the assigned service responsibility area, including processing and administration of support requests at 2nd and 3rd level. Support in the creation of business cases by providing technical content and information.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, computer science or a comparable field; Master's degree in engineering, physics, computer science or a comparable field desirable. More than 3 years of professional experience in product or project management. Initial experience in lifecycle management. More than 3 years of professional experience in a service-oriented environment. Good understanding of the entire service process and service lifecycle. Basic knowledge of project and product management methods as well as requirements management. Ability to present complex issues in an understandable and structured manner. Good understanding of development processes in the area of Creation. Basic understanding of ROSEN business processes, technical and cross-portfolio relationships as well as product configuration processes. Advanced understanding of relevant service performance metrics. Good presentation skills, especially for presenting complex technical contexts and decision templates. Business-fluent English skills in written and spoken form.
