About this Apprenticeship
During your two-year retail apprenticeship at Deichmann, you learn to advise customers, receive and display goods, and work at the checkout. A personal apprentice buddy, internal training and online learning support your apprenticeship.
What You'll Learn
- Your practical training takes place in a store near you
- You soon take on varied tasks independently, including advising customers, receiving and displaying goods, and working at the checkout
- Our in-house training team provides regular training alongside vocational school lessons
- Individual online learning programmes help you prepare for your final exam
- You have strong career prospects, including the option to continue training as a retail management assistant and other opportunities to progress
Requirements
- You have an open, friendly personality and a love of shoes
- You are enthusiastic about fashion and interested in current trends
- You enjoy being physically active
- You work well in a team and are reliable
- You have at least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
