Part-time Caretaker

Part-time caretaker at DEKRA Automobil GmbH in Schmalkalden, Thuringia. Responsible for minor repairs, cleaning and upkeep of the branch office and surrounding inspection sites.

• Your tasks include general minor repairs as well as cleaning the inspection hall and lifting platforms of the Schmalkalden branch and the surrounding inspection sites
• You are also responsible for managing and maintaining our equipment, including organization, maintenance and inventory control
• You coordinate, plan and independently carry out all work around the building: grounds care, pruning, snow clearing and the like
• You ensure order and cleanliness and handle monitoring and maintenance of the building systems
• You are the contact person for our colleagues at our Suhl branch or other nearby sites for practical tasks

• Work experience in this or a similar field desirable
• Manual skills and technical understanding

• Driver's license class B and willingness to travel required
• Good German skills, spoken and written
