About this Apprenticeship
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our site in Düsseldorf. The position is initially limited to one year.
What You'll Learn
- You independently handle all tasks related to seminar and course administration
- You are the first contact for our customers and payers and look after reception
- You support participants with administrative questions and maintain our database
- You are also responsible for providing teaching materials and certificates and help prepare participant documents
Requirements
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in the continuing education sector is an advantage
- Proficient use of M365
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
