About this Apprenticeship
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our site in Neumünster. The position is initially limited to two years and is part-time.
What You'll Learn
- You are responsible for seminar and course administration within our training and continuing education offering
- You take incoming customer inquiries (in person, by phone, by email)
- You organize and carry out catering for seminars
- You make purchases in the DEKRA shop according to set purchasing guidelines
- Through careful documentation and data maintenance you secure our success
Requirements
- Commercial training in office management, office communication, customer service, (dialogue) marketing, administration, further training as a commercial specialist (IHK, HWK) or comparable qualification
- Work experience in office management, customer service and/or sales
- First experience in the continuing education sector is an advantage
- The position is also well suited for a commercial career changer
- Routine use of M365
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
- Teamwork and strong communication skills
