About this Apprenticeship
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our Weingarten location. The position is part-time for 30 hours/week and initially limited to two years.
What You'll Learn
- You advise interested parties individually on our further training, retraining and coaching programs and ensure a positive customer experience
- You determine individual educational needs and inform about suitable offers and funding opportunities
- You create offers, support application and funding processes and actively follow up on open inquiries
- You acquire new interested parties for our educational offers and thus contribute to increasing our participant numbers
- Finally, you document consultations and sales activities reliably in our CRM and ERP systems
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, pedagogy, business education, social pedagogy, education management, further training as a certified business administrator, commercial training with relevant professional experience or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in customer consulting or sales, ideally in the education sector
- Good knowledge of further training offers and funding opportunities, e.g. education voucher or AVGS
- Proficient use of M365
- Convincing communication and confident appearance in personal, telephone and digital customer contact
- Structured and independent working style
