Truck Valuation Specialist

Working in used vehicle management in Mainz, you assess used commercial vehicles, inspect damage and calculate repair costs. You oversee vehicle returns and use current valuation and diagnostic technologies.

• Use your automotive expertise, especially in commercial vehicles, to assess the condition and value of used motor vehicles.
• Determine vehicle values accurately using standard valuation and costing systems and used vehicle management systems.
• Inspect existing damage and calculate repair costs.
• Independently manage and oversee the used vehicle return process for clients.
• Coordinate leased vehicle returns and prepare reports on reductions in vehicle value.

• Qualified tradesperson or master craftsperson in commercial vehicle technology.
• Several years of experience in specialist vehicle valuation areas are desirable.
• Knowledge of expert systems such as DAT, Schwacke and Audatex is an advantage.
• A proactive, service-focused approach and a strong commitment to quality.
• A category B driving licence and willingness to carry out local field work.
