About this Apprenticeship
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Nordhorn. The position is part-time at 32 hours per week and initially limited to one year.
What You'll Learn
- You advise our customers and participants holistically and competently on our qualification offers
- You support participants as a coach and contact person and take on educational support
- You manage education projects in a process-oriented way according to QM requirements and are responsible for documentation
- You provide input for the content design and delivery of the projects
- You support commercial tasks in seminar and course administration
- You communicate reliably and customer-focused with stakeholders (companies, associations and institutions)
Requirements
- Degree in education, business education, social education, social work, education management, state-recognized educator, special needs educator or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in adult education
- AdA certificate (Ada-Schein)
- Experience in educational work with different target groups
- Coaching certification or experience in project management in publicly funded further training is desirable
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills and entrepreneurial thinking
