About this Apprenticeship
The Plant Technology department has been one of the leading expert organizations in inspecting industrial plants for around 20 years. It covers plants in the process industry, chemical industry, gas and energy sector, renewable energies, supply and disposal, food industry and medical technology. The focus is on inspections of pressure equipment, substances hazardous to water, explosion-hazardous areas and plants, transport containers for hazardous substances and dangerous goods, and joining technology.
What You'll Learn
- With your expertise, you independently carry out initial and recurring inspections of plants and plant parts on pressure equipment, steam boilers, pipelines etc., taking national and European guidelines into account
- You prepare technical expert reports that are transparent and meaningful for everyone involved
- You handle the preparation and processing of quotes with routine
- You advise and support our customers and win over new business partners with your expertise and trustworthy personality
Requirements
- University degree in process engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience with pressure equipment, possibly at a pressure equipment manufacturer
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Strong writing skills to produce meaningful and precise documentation and reports
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
- Class B driving licence and willingness to work locally in the field
