About this Apprenticeship
We are looking for you for the 3.5-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician for operations technology (f/m/d) at DB Energie GmbH in Cologne, starting 1 September 2027. Vocational school is also in Cologne. Depending on your interest and availability of places, you can train on trains, tracks and power lines, stations or in workshops.
What You'll Learn
- You are taught an understanding of electrical quantities such as voltage, current, resistance and power
- You also learn as an electronics technician for operations technology to analyze and fix faults in operations technology
- For example, you help make sure our plants always run smoothly and our trains never run out of power
- In everyday work you take care of regular maintenance of our systems and fix faults
Requirements
- You have (soon) successfully finished school and your school certificate is recognized in Germany
- Your German skills are at least B2 level
- You enjoy math and physics
- You are good with your hands and like tinkering with electronic components
- You are definitely a team player
- It goes without saying that you are reliable
- You also like to work independently
What Deutsche Bahn AG offers
