You will become a professional in the assembly, commissioning and maintenance of railway technology. Metalworking with tools and machines – including turning, welding, drilling and milling. Maintenance and repair of our systems and rail vehicles. You will deal with the topics of occupational safety and quality assurance.

You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) school and your school qualification is recognized in Germany. Your German language skills correspond to at least level B2. You have manual dexterity and enjoy tinkering in your free time. Your knowledge of math and physics is particularly good. You enjoy teamwork. Your committed, careful and reliable way of working characterizes you.

You will receive a mobile device from us that you can use for learning and privately. We offer you 16 free trips within Germany per year and further travel discounts such as the DB Job Ticket for your daily commute. In addition, there are inexpensive travel options for family and friends. We support you in settling into your new city! If you have to commute more than 2.5 hours daily from your previous place of residence and rent a closer apartment, you will receive a rent subsidy of up to 400 € per month from us.
