Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Office Management with Specialization as Operations Planner 2027

On 15 August we are looking for you for the 3-year apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Office Management with specialization as Operations Planner at DB Regio - Rail at the Kiel location. The RBZ Wirtschaft vocational school is also located in Kiel.

In your daily work you interact with customers, suppliers and employees. You familiarize yourself with the basics of railway operations and operations planning, i.e. the planning of vehicles and personnel as well as shift scheduling. You also gain insights into various areas such as HR, purchasing, finance and controlling. You learn the interrelationships of the ordering process, offer planning and contract design in local rail passenger transport. Participation in the planning, control and monitoring of projects rounds off your area of responsibility.

You have successfully completed school (or soon will) with an intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife/Realschulabschluss) or your school diploma is recognized in Germany as such. Your German language skills correspond to at least level B2. You enjoy working on the PC and with numbers, and you are an organizational talent. You have a quick grasp and good communication skills. Teamwork, reliability and your friendly manner characterize you.
