Project Engineer Structural Engineering / Building Construction in Major Project S21, 1st Construction Phase

For this exciting project we are looking for you and your expertise at the Berlin location starting as soon as possible! In an interdisciplinary team you can help shape the future of DB as a project engineer for structural engineering (f/m/d) for DB InfraGO.

• The content-related control and technical support of all project phases in the structural engineering trade for the major project S21 Berlin (City-S-Bahn) in the 1st construction phase is your responsibility
• You actively participate in the cross-disciplinary coordination of the involved technical trades
• Ensuring the fulfillment of services across all service phases with regard to technical matters, costs, deadlines and quality is one of your central tasks
• You conclude service agreements and contracts with service providers and suppliers and take over contract and change order management
• Confident handling of internal and external stakeholders in negotiations and project meetings contributes significantly to achieving project goals
• You accompany approval procedures to obtain planning and building rights and participate in project-related public relations
• You ensure quality assurance as well as acceptance of planning and construction services including plan management and project documentation

• A university degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture, ideally with a focus on structural engineering/building construction, forms the basis of your qualification
• You have several years of professional experience in planning, in project management of construction projects in the areas of structural engineering or building construction
• You have sound knowledge of VOB, UVgO, SektVO, HOAI and VPOL as well as relevant legal regulations and guidelines
• You work confidently with project management software such as MS Project, iTWO as well as planning and documentation tools
• Initiative, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working characterize you
• You enjoy working on complex issues and convince with analytical thinking skills and attention to detail
