Controlling Specialist

We are looking for you as a Controlling Specialist (f/m/d) for RVS Regionalbusverkehr Südwest GmbH at the Karlsruhe location, starting as soon as possible.

• In your function, you carry out the controlling of the branches in your area of responsibility holistically and on an equal footing with the branch managers
• You participate in the preparation of medium-term plans and regular forecasts
• You independently take over the calculation of transport contracts and support in offer controlling
• You responsibly create and further develop the group-internal and intra-company reporting system
• You analytically maintain and evaluate the cost center accounting and are responsible for the maintenance and analysis of cost unit accounting
• To support the regional management, you prepare decision-relevant key figures and analyses
• You actively accompany the control and quality assurance of monthly financial statements
• You are actively involved in the further development of existing controlling systems

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or comparable, or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in controlling
• Ideally you have several years of professional experience in a controlling environment
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and have knowledge of SAP R/3 / CO and management information systems
• A high degree of initiative and commitment characterizes your way of working
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills help you to understand complex issues
• You approach your tasks in a structured and independent manner and convince through proactive action
• Reliability and a high degree of resilience are among your strengths
