Apprenticeship at Messe Berlin focused on planning and delivering trade fairs, congresses and events. The training rotates through different company departments and provides hands-on experience at live events.

Organize event marketing, budgets and schedules. Plan rooms, guests, staff and technical equipment. Obtain quotes, place orders, advise and sell, and handle calls in German and English. Review events afterward and identify improvements for future events.

Completed school education, preferably a university-entrance qualification. Good English skills and confidence with mathematics. Interest in trade-fair, congress and event management, business relationships and digitalization. Results and service orientation, confidence when dealing with customers, flexibility, willingness to learn, creativity, empathy and intercultural competence.
