Dual Study Program in Business Administration, Trade Fairs, Congresses and Event Management

Three-year dual study program with six practical phases at Messe Berlin and six theory phases at DHBW Ravensburg, alternating every three months. The program combines business administration with trade fair, congress and event management and leads to a Bachelor of Arts. The program starts on October 1, 2027, with the introductory phase beginning on September 1, 2027.

Organizing and marketing events, planning costs, rooms and staffing, requesting quotes, placing orders, conducting advisory and sales discussions, and handling telephone calls in German and English. Supporting exhibitors, communicating through social media, acquiring new business areas and partners, contributing to project teams and reviewing events with customers afterward.

Abitur; very good German and English skills; enjoyment of mathematics. Applicants should also think in connected systems, link theory and practice, work reflectively and with a focus on results, deliver excellent service, communicate confidently with customers, partners and suppliers, and be flexible, motivated and willing to learn. Humor, creativity, empathy and an open-minded outlook are also valued.
