Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk Sea Freight Export

For the sea freight team in Munich, a results-oriented OFR Operations Export Specialist (m/f/d) is wanted. Permanent, full-time.

• You create all required export documents according to regulations and internal procedures
• You distribute and process all required documents in the shipping area
• You check shipment status in export, spot deviations and ensure solutions for incidents
• Carrying out bookings and booking optimization based on internal guidelines (incl. pickup orders/planning/follow-up/shipment tracking) is also part of your tasks
• You ensure customer requirements are met and take corrective action when deviations occur
• You ensure all documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner (per regulations and internal procedures)
• You also handle acceptance of customer orders including checking documents according to regulations and internal procedures
• You are responsible for creating quotations (internal/external) and obtaining offers from shipping lines
• Capacity management export / rate purchasing / rate optimization round off your profile

• Completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge of sea freight processes, export experience desirable
• Good administrative skills
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Solid PC skills (M365)
• Results-oriented work, teamwork, resilience, flexibility, organizational talent
• Experience in capacity management/rate purchasing/sales (calculation)
