About this Apprenticeship
Three-year dual apprenticeship to become a state-certified social security specialist in statutory pension insurance. Theoretical instruction at vocational schools in Frankfurt or Kassel in block sessions, practical rotations in insurance benefits, rehabilitation, and pension departments at various locations. Six external courses at training centers with accommodation and meals. Intermediate and final examinations.

- Monthly training allowance: 1st year: 1,368.26 Euro; 2nd year: 1,418.20 Euro; 3rd year: 1,464.02 Euro
- After training, social security specialists typically start with a gross salary of 2,685.00 Euro.
- Annual bonus in November: 90 percent of gross salary
- Completion bonus (upon passing final exam) currently 400 Euro
