Deutsche Rentenversicherung Hessen is seeking several staff members for case processing in its Insurance and Pensions Department. The start date is flexible.
What You'll Learn
- Clarifying and maintaining social insurance accounts
- Processing pension rights adjustments following divorce
- Processing applications for reduced earning capacity, old-age and survivor pensions, including follow-up work
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a social insurance specialist by the time you start, or completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience with a social insurance provider
- In-depth knowledge of social security law, particularly pension and contribution law (SGB I, SGB VI and related areas of law)
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and customer focus

- Permanent, secure employment
- Gross monthly pay under TV EntgO-DRV ranges from €3,294.98 (pay grade 7, step 1) to €4,746.88 (pay grade 9a, step 6). Your starting pay step depends on your recognised relevant work experience and the pay rules in force when you join.
- An annual bonus of 95% of the average monthly salary up to pay grade 8, or 90% for pay grade 9a
- 30 days of leave for a five-day working week, plus December 24 and December 31 off
- Half your daily working hours off when your birthday falls on a working day
